Rising 9th through 12th graders invited to this hands-on camp.

FREE HEALTH-STEM CAMP AT RCC THIS SUMMER!

Are you interested in Health Sciences, Coding,
or Electronics? During the Health-STEM Camp you’ll:
· Learn how to make Arduino electronics and control them with your own body
· Explore medical devices and learn how they work from healthcare professionals
· And more!

Here’s a look at what you will do during the camp (subject to change):
Day one: Learn about Arduino basics, controlling lights, and RCC nursing lab simulations
Day two: Build an ultrasound sensor and get a lesson in medical ultrasound technology
Day three: Make your own ECG (electrocardiogram) and learn how real ECGs work
Day four: Measure light signals and build a Pulse Oximeter while learning how they work
Day five: Use your body’s electrical signals to control lights, experience a helicopter medivac visit
