How does access via links work?

You can access your calendar via access links without logging in.

For example: https://calendar.online/12073b2a94a3ac83cbf7

F&your calendar, you receive several access links for which you can set individual permissions (e.g., read or write).

For increased security, each access link can also be protected with a password.

Edit access links

You can create and edit your access links in the admin settings under Access.

By default, each calendar creates an admin link, an editor link, and a reader link. By default, permissions apply to all sub-calendars. However, you can also set permissions for each sub-calendar separately for each access link ("Set permissions for sub-calendars in detail").

You can send access links to an unlimited number of users or publish them on your website. Your administrator link should remain confidential and not be published.
