Overview

Calendar.online can be used directly in a browser on any device (smartphone, tablet, or desktop). In addition, an app is available for Android,

iOS, and macOS, which offers the same features as the web version and supports automatic synchronization of appointments.

Install the app for Android and iOS

1. Open the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).

2. Search for Digital Calendar or follow the link in step 1.

3. Click Install or Download.

4. Once the installation is complete, you can open the app directly.

Install the app for macOS

1. Open the Mac App Store.

2. Search for Digital Calendar.

3. Click on Download and then on Install.

4. After installation, the app is available in the Applications folder.

Overview of app features

After installation, you have the following options:

• Add an existing calendar → Via an access link or QR code.

• Register a new calendar

  → If you don’t have a calendar yet, you can create a new one directly in the app.

• Try the live demo

  → Try all premium features for free for one day.

• Manage calendars → All added calendars appear in the watchlist and can be accessed at any time.

Add a calendar via QR code

1. Open your calendar in the web version.

2. Click on the Hamburger menu and select QR Code.

3. Open the Calendar.online app.

4. Select Add New Access Link → Scan QR Code. A search field will open.

5. Point the camera at the QR code -- the calendar will be added automatically.

Add a calendar via web address

1. Copy the web address of the access link for your calendar (administrator, editor, or reader link).

2. Open the Calendar.online app.

3. Select Add New Access Link → Enter Address.

4. Enter only the suffix or 20-digit numeric code of the access link and confirm with OK.

Register a new calendar

If you do not yet have a calendar, you can create a new one in the app.

1. Open the Calendar.online app.

2. Click on Register New Calendar.

3. Enter a calendar name (this can be changed later).

4. Enter an email address for registration.

5. After successful registration, you will receive the following access links:

   • Administrator link (Full access)

   • Editor link (Limited access)

   • Reader link (View only)

6. The new calendar will appear in your list on the Dashboard and can be used immediately.

Synchronization & Use

• Appointments are automatically synchronized between the web version and the app.

• Changes to appointments are immediately visible on all connected devices.

• Multiple calendars can be added and used simultaneously.
